APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

Please complete this application for membership, upload your supporting materials and pay your (non-refundable) application fee below.  If  your membership application is approved, this fee will be credited toward your firm’s first-year membership dues.  First-year membership dues will be pro-rated based upon date of application approval.

You will receive membership determination within 60 days of receipt of all supporting materials. After approval, a dues invoice will be sent to you.

Please review the APC Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Policy at the links below before completing the application. You’ll be confirming that you have read and understand them and agree to comply with these documents during the application process.

Membership dues are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes. Dues may be deducted as a business expense to the extent allowed by law.
