Cherian Koshy is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP), and AFP Master Trainer. He founded the NonprofitOS, a generative AI platform designed to help organizations maximize their impact. The software was acquired by iWave in 2023 and Cherian now serves as the VP of Product Strategy for the company. Before starting NonprofitOS, Cherian spent more than 25 years working in the nonprofit sector, working with thousands of donors and raising more than 100 million for various organizations and causes. He proudly serves as the Vice Chair of Professional Development on the AFP Global Board. He is a sought-after trainer and keynote speaker, and his thought leadership has been featured in several publications.
Jen McFarland is the founder of Women Conquer Business, helping small businesses make smart marketing decisions with courses, coaching and content. Jen is an MPA with over 25 years of training, teaching and executive experience in leadership, project management and digital marketing. She previously led large-scale public sector projects for the city of Portland, Oregon, impacting more than 50,000 businesses and boosting web traffic by over 250% by focusing the government website on the people it serves.
Michael Zipursky is the co-founder and CEO of Consulting Success,® specializing in helping entrepreneurial consultants grow profitable, scalable and strategic consulting businesses. He has advised organizations like Financial Times, Dow Jones and RBC, and helped Panasonic launch new products into global markets. More importantly, he’s helped over a thousand consultants from around the world in over 75 industries to add six and seven figures to their annual revenues.
